Job Description

Position: Key Account ExecutiveLocation: Subang Jaya, SelangorResponsibilities:To achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.To manage and monitor COP as per approved budget.To partner Finance to manage & monitor COP, AR & trade disputes.Manage timely NPD launches & Listing ProcessProactively generate leads and work with team to pursue business relationships with prospective clients.Collaboration with marketing and trade marketing on business review, launch presentation, campaigns, and promo evaluation.Manage trade return and address root cause with action plan.Ensure operational efficiency, order fulfillment, manage on discontinue / promotion items.Carry out trade visits to ensure execution compliance, feedback on competitors' launches and activities.Carry out field coaching with peers and merchandisers.Requirements:Degree in business, Marketing or related field.Required travel to markets in the regions when necessaryPossess the qualities of team player with pleasant disposition & positive attitude to learn new things.Experience:1-2 years of experience in sales, key account management, or related roles.Preferably in categories of personal care & skincare products.Preferably with sound people or team management skills.
