MAAS Travel & Tours Ltd. is looking for Key Account Manager - Sales & Marketing, Riyadh Air (Bangladesh)Job Description / ResponsibilityWe are seeking dynamic and results-driven Key Account Managers to own, manage, and strategically grow a designated portfolio of key corporate and trade accounts. The primary focus of this role is to aggressively drive revenue and consistently exceed sales targets through deep relationship management, strategic selling, and maximizing opportunities across all available channels.Key Job Responsibilities:Account Strategy & Target Achievement: Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven account plans specifically designed to meet and exceed assigned revenue, volume, and market share targets for a portfolio of key corporate clients, major travel agencies, and OTAs.Relationship Management for Revenue Growth: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers to become a trusted advisor, ensuring client loyalty and securing a growing share of their business.Strategic Selling & Revenue Maximization: Proactively identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Understand client needs to promote the full range of Riyadh Air`s products (via GDS, NDC, etc.), directly contributing to revenue growth and target achievement.Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize high-value commercial agreements and contracts that secure profitable, long-term business and align with company policy, directly impacting the bottom line.Performance Analytics & Target Tracking: Continuously monitor and analyze account performance against targets. Implement proactive strategies to address any performance gaps, recover lost market share, and ensure consistent goal attainment.New Business Development: Actively identify, target, and onboard new key account opportunities within the assigned territory or sector to expand the client base and create new revenue streams.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MarketingSkills Required: Sales & Marketing, Market Research, Working under pressure, Reporting and Documentation, Sales Target Achievement, airline marketing, Work heardExperience RequirementsAt least 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Airline,Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company,GSAJob LocationDhaka (Gulshan)
