Your modern-thinking as well as outgoing, energetic and proactive attitude inspires the sales and customer success teams to achieve outstanding results – especially given the wide range of products we offer to our customers.Your key responsibilities in this senior position include:Managing and developing our customer accounts at a strategic level (in close collaboration with our professional close-knit team), and reporting on their progress.Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with the top management of our private sector clients.Developing and implementing account strategies in collaboration with the account team and business units – with data naturally playing a part.Providing high-quality, expert support to clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.Analyzing market trends and customer needs to improve our services – your strong and genuine interest in customer account management will show through your motivation to develop and maintain client relationships.Most of your team is located at our headquarters in Espoo, but we also have locations in Tampere, Turku and Jyväskylä, and we work with a flexible hybrid model. Some traveling every now and then is expected.
