We focus on creating healthy and natural products that can be trusted. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager, located in West Jakarta, Indonesia. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, and conducting business analysis. The role will also encompass maintaining strong buyer and customer relationships and delivering exceptional buyer and customer service on a day-to-day basis.Key Accountabilities:Deal and build good relationships with all Modern Trade Channel, Buyer, Reseller or Store Manager and also distributor management team.Arrange and negotiate a business plan that involves trading terms for each key account in time.Have a regular visit to the Modern Trade channel to check product availability as well as to make sure that product distribution/marketing to every key account is going well.To monitor, analyze, and prepare a report of sales achievement in modern trade channels on a regular basis.Have an effective promo plan and excellent execution with good teamwork.Identify, develop, and evaluate sales strategies and set targets.Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach the target.Requirements:Minimum S1 any major.At least 3-5 years of working experience as a Key Account Manager in managing the Modern Trade Channel (Minimart group is a plus point)At least 2 years of working experience with a distributor partner (good relationship, collaborative, develop the distributor team, as a business consultant for the distributor)CAN DO ATTITUDE with excellent communication skills, including a willingness to offer positive and negative feedback as needed, mature mental, team work player, solution-oriented and creative.Excellent sales analysis, persuasive selling, negotiation skills, and leadership skills to win in the market.Proven leadership skills, having the ability to manage and motivate people to achieve.Excellent planning, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.Computer literate, especially in Ms. Office.
