About the Role: I am hiring for a Key Account Manager for Flipkart whole sale. The candidate will be based out of New Delhi and will be accountable to manage the business for entire North Zone.Responsibilities:Building key accounts base, delivery of Topline and bottomline for the regionGeographical client knowledge, FMCG Distribution management, Institutional and corporate sales, Cross functional managementClient relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts like chefs, purchase managers, and executives in hotel chains, restaurants, and catering companiesSales strategy and planning: Developing account plans and sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including acquiring new clients and increasing sales with existing onesNegotiation and contracting: Leading commercial discussions, negotiating prices, and finalizing contracts and service agreements at a national or regional levelBusiness development: Identifying new business opportunities, pitching products or services, and expanding sales within the assigned portfolioInternal coordination: Working with internal teams like logistics, supply chain, marketing, and product development to ensure seamless service and to meet client needsMarket and client support: Understanding client needs, providing product solutions, conducting training, and resolving any issues or complaints that may ariseQualifications: Min 5 years of Prior experience in Horeca and O&I sector is a must!!Equal Opportunity Statement: We are a diversity employment provider and are calling for applications from all genders, ethnicities and groups!!
