We have nearly 200+ employees across 7 countries, and every day we create businesses, products, and projects that we are proud of.We are part of the international holding ASBIS, one of the leading distributors of Information and Communications Technology products and solutions in EMEA Emerging Markets.What do we do?Trade-In is a service that allows customers in our partner stores to trade in their devices and receive a discount on the purchase of a new gadget or a certificate.Refurbished – we have our own production of refurbished devices, certified according to international ISO standards.We also have our own stores and online shops.We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Poland.Job Mission:Ensuring maximum efficiency of the network — including repurchase conversion, customer satisfaction, and the volume of accepted equipment — as well as minimizing quantity and value-related errors. This has been achieved through close cooperation with partners and ongoing efforts focused on identifying constraints, uncovering growth drivers, and leveraging all available tools to increase the volume of accepted goods. MAIN TASKS AND FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Trade-In Operators (TIO) Network Management and Partner Relations Organize and manage the TIO network within partner locations Analyze partner performance and develop action plans to improve efficiency and stimulate product repurchase; ensure the implementation of these plans Maintain ongoing communication with partners to increase the volume of accepted goods and improve network quality Forecast network performance in terms of volume and quality; participate in planning for goods acceptance Act as Breezy’s primary contact for partners; organize meetings and coordinate cross-functional collaboration with IT, finance, accounting, marketing, and other departments to effectively resolve issues and drive volume growth Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners Sales Stimulation and Marketing Support Initiate and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, incentive programs, and motivational projects aimed at increasing the volume of accepted technology Organize and manage mutual settlements with partners Training and Process Excellence Ensure a high level of knowledge and competence among TIO staff regarding Trade-in processes by organizing and delivering training programs for partner company employees REQUIREMENTS:The ideal candidate would be someone who has similar experience or has spent the last few years developing services or additional products (insurance products, gadget customization packages, antivirus, etc.) Experience in retail chains, in a retailer's company team or in a service provider company. Personal successful sales experience in the field of consumer electronics and/or services (insurance, additional services) as a sales consultant, store director or regional manager, supervisor is a must.
