We partner with healthcare providers across dental, optical, beauty, and other sectors.About the RoleAs an Account Manager – New Partner Activation, you will be responsible for onboarding healthcare providers signed by our Business Development team. Your job is to activate them within their first 3 months by ensuring smooth onboarding, driving early transactions, and helping them see the value of CareNow.What You’ll DoOnboard newly signed healthcare providers through structured training and supportDrive activation KPIs: shorten time to first transaction and ramp up GTV in the first 3 monthsProvide creative solutions to engage providers (materials, training sessions, activation ideas)Collaborate with BD (upstream) and AM - Partnered HP (downstream) teams for a seamless handoverTrack and report activation performance, sharing insights for improvementManage a pipeline of providers, balancing efficiency with high-touch supportWhat we’re looking for:2–4 years of account management or partner success experience (healthcare, fintech, or pharmaceutical background is a plus).Strong communicator who can build and maintain client relationships.
