Carex Sweden is a fast-growing Dermo cosmetic and FMCG company, marketing leading clean cosmetic and dermo cosmetic brands primarily in selected European Countries (Sweden, Turkey, Romania and Benelux, Germany), Middle East and CIS countries.We are looking for a Key Account Manager located in Arnhem- Netherlands for our Celenes by Sweden brand.The brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:Qualifications:The ideal candidate must have significant experience in leading in-field sales teams in OTC, FMCG, Dermocosmetics, Cosmetic/ Skincare sector,University degree, preferably master degree,Minimum 5 years professional experience about sales, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, dermocosmetics sector,High level of analytical skills,High level of MS Office skills and reporting ability,Very good operational sales, financial planning, managerial and organizational skills,Excellent communication skills in Dutch & English languages,Self confident, initiative owner, careful, result oriented and experienced about communication management,No restrictions to travel,Job Description:Reporting directly to SD, the ideal candidate will be responsible for;· Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts in the beauty industry.Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Account Growth and Revenue Generation:Identify opportunities for account growth and develop strategies to maximize sales and revenue.Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.Strategic Planning:Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic account plans tailored to each client's needs and objectives.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.Customer Satisfaction:Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.Resolve any issues or conflicts promptly to maintain positive relationships with key accounts.Sales Forecasting and Reporting:Monitor sales performance and track key metrics to forecast future sales trends and opportunities.Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
