This is a client-facing, strategic position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.Key Responsibilities:Manage client onboarding, including gathering and conducting an initial review of documentsTo advise our customers regarding products and servicesTo establish sustainable customer relationsTo maintain and update the client databaseAct as a single point of contact for the merchant and facilitate dialogue between them and the different departments in finance, compliance, and operationsAnticipate client needs, and the challenges they face, and work with the internal team to develop action plans for addressing issues and ideas that drive innovation and best practicesYour Profile:Passion for providing the best client experienceExcellent communication skills, the ability to persuade and voice your opinionDedicated, motivated, and confident personality is driven by personal achievements and accomplishmentsPrevious experience in client-oriented role in the B2B sectorStrategic and analytical thinkingAbility to prioritize own workload and work with minimum supervisionTo be able to challenge established norms and proactively seek improvements and better solutionsWhat you need to succeed in this role:1+ years' experience preferably within a regulated entity in a similar role in a banking, paymentsHigher education: Business management, Economy, or other would be an advantageExperience working in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written communication skills and ability to convey complex information in a clear, understandable way for the audienceFluency in English and Russian (proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset)What we offer:Opportunity to shape the future of fintech solutions within a growing companyA collaborative and supportive team environmentEnglish / Spanish classesOpportunity to receive reimbursement for work-related training/coursesOption to work in a hybrid model based on mutual agreement with the direct coordinator
