Your role will blend strategic planning with hands-on execution to deliver measurable impact. You will: Drive Business Growth: Secure sustainable, profitable growth while expanding market share and strengthening customer partnerships. Shape Sales Strategy: Develop and execute tailored account plans, identifying new opportunities to increase Danfoss’ presence in the region. Engage Customers: Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers across engineering, procurement, and executive levels. Deliver Results: Lead account development initiatives, manage opportunity pipelines, and achieve agreed sales targets. Collaborate Globally: Work closely with cross-functional and international teams to ensure consistent strategies and exceptional customer outcomes. What We're Looking ForWe’re seeking a results-driven professional with strong commercial acumen and a passion for building long-term customer relationships. You should thrive in a dynamic, international environment and be capable of delivering both short- and long-term growth. Education in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related technical field (preferred but not essential) Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within industrial automation, water and wastewater, motor control, or drive systems Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Experience creating and executing successful sales strategies in fast-paced markets Ability to work independently and effectively in global, multicultural teams Fluent in Danish and English Willingness to travel across the region as needed What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
