该职位来源于猎聘 Main Responsibilities 主要职责 Ownership of E-Mobility BD accounts (ESS makers)  Customer mapping  Identify business opportunities  Define and execute strategy for customer access creation  KPI1: New projects start rate – Project is considered to start when customer is starting validation process  KPI2: New Booked Sales as support during project execution phase Responsible to constantly scan the Market and identify future trends/needs  Future customer value chain  Future battery cell technology  Propose adjustment of the organization to fit customer needs and identify new productsRequirements 岗位要求 +5y working experiences, and team management Preferred in strong technical background in battery or energy storage industry, e.g sealing & bonding application A minimum of 5 years of working experience, commercial related is preferred. Capability of quick learning and working independently, could work under high pressure and complex situation. Chemical background & commercial sense with result oriented Internal & external communication Business development & marketing strategy Preferred English speaking & writing skills, presentation skills requirements to anticipate technology shift(s)
