Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Take full ownership of multiple influencer-based e-commerce projects from planning to execution.Translate client goals and objectives into clear, actionable execution plans across internal teams.Align cross-functional teams under one cohesive strategy.Act as the lead point of contact for brand partners on all campaign-related matters, ensuring clear communication, expectation alignment, and long-term relationship nurturing.Monitor project performance and key metrics (viewership, conversion, ROI), identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.Lead post-campaign reviews, deliver insights and strategic recommendations, and propose actionable improvement plans.Evaluate performance, proposing incentive structures and cooperation models to maximize results.Design scalable and efficient delivery frameworks that balance brand safety, creative flexibility, and operational excellence.Key Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer commerce, e-commerce project management, or MCN/Tiktok operations.Strong understanding of TikTok’s influencer, livestream, and short video commerce ecosystem.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills across departments.Strong data literacy, able to interpret performance metrics and lead data-driven optimizations.Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.Strong ownership mindset with structured thinking and solution-oriented approach.Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.
