Our annual turnover is over €103 million, and we employ approximately 700 people across the globe.Are you ready to drive technical sales and make a tangible impact on Fibox’s growth in Sweden?We are now looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen Fibox’s Sales Team in Sweden.Key Account Manager roleAs a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for proactively managing existing OEM and panel builder customers, as well as developing new business opportunities. Your role combines strong customer-facing activity with technical sales expertise, requiring travel and personal visits to clients frequently.You will work independently towards clear sales goals, converting prospects into new customers and expanding turnover with existing accounts.The role reports to the Sales Manager for Sweden, works closely with a Area Sales Manager, and collaborates with colleagues across the Nordics in sales, customer service, and order management.Key responsibilitiesProactively manage and grow existing OEM and panel builder customer base in SwedenDevelop new business and convert prospects into key customersConduct in-person client visits and technical meetingsGuide customers based on technical CAD drawings to identify optimal product solutionsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfactionMaintain a strong pipeline of leads and business opportunitiesWe are looking forMotivation and skills for proactive customer work and frequent travelAbility to prospect and convert new customers into business opportunitiesTechnical understanding to support customersGoal-driven, independent, and self-sufficient work approachOutgoing personalityFluent in Swedish and EnglishExperience with enclosures and electrical cabinets is highly prioritizedExisting network or experience in OEM, reseller, or distributor sales channels is an advantageWhy join Fibox?This technical sales role offers clear growth targets and measurable impact, within a collaborative, low-hierarchy culture that embraces continuous improvement.
