Company description: Consumer goods / beauty & personal care brand focusing especially on skin care and oral care.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Key Account (KA) channels with medical institutions and key distributors across Indonesia.Build and strengthen relationships with hospital management, doctors, and procurement departments to support product entry and ensure effective sales execution.Formulate and implement annual sales plans for KA clients, achieving sales targets and ensuring timely payment collection.Monitor sales performance and market dynamics, conduct analysis, and adjust channel strategies to optimize results.Lead and develop the KA team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance overall capabilities and performance.Ensure all KA management and sales activities comply with Indonesian medical device regulations (Kemenkes, BPOM, etc.).Strictly adhere to company compliance standards, including anti-bribery and ethical business practices.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Nursing, Marketing, or other related fields.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and channel management within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, including at least 2 years in Key Account management; experience in dental clinics is a plus.Strong knowledge of Indonesia’s healthcare system, distributor networks, and hospital procurement processes.Proven expertise in Key Account management, business negotiation, and sales strategy development and execution.Familiarity with medical device regulations, registration procedures, and distribution license requirements.Prior experience with multinational medical device companies or leading local distributors is preferred.Good understanding of healthcare markets and hospital group networks in major Indonesian cities (e.g., Jakarta, Surabaya) will be an advantage.
