ResponsibilitiesManage operating budgets and costs to ensure efficient resource utilization.Lead and implement effective sales and customer strategies to achieve business goals.Identify short-term business needs for key customers and develop proactive solutions across the supply chain.Conduct annual negotiations to facilitate sales agreements and meet targeted margins.Obtain approvals for executing activities within established commercial guidelines from internal functions and customers.Evaluate the effectiveness of various investment strategies through systematic post-evaluation of activities.Review customer account reports, providing recommendations for sales and promotional initiatives to enhance performance.Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key customers.Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure strategic alignment and process effectiveness.RequirementsDegree in Sales/Marketing or a related discipline.Proven key account management experience in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.Advanced selling skills with a strong understanding of industry, market, and competitor dynamics.Demonstrated proficiency in supplier and customer relationship management, including aspects of supply chain and branding.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.Proficient in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click on “Apply”.
