Human by nature.Key Account Manager at Givaudan – Your future position?As a Key Account Manager in our Taste & Wellbeing Division at Givaudan Korea, you will be fundamental in presenting our most relevant flavours, functional & nutritional food ingredients, to some of the business’s most important customers. You’ll be expected to develop and execute a business plan targeting key customers to achieve the organisation’s sales objectives. Sound interesting? It could well be your perfect opportunity if, like us, you always aim to exceed customer needs, deliver value and are skilled at fostering strong relationships.As a Key Account Manager you will focus on:Develop strategic relationship with clients at both senior level and operation level, sophisticated in the working environment of Market Giant in China, including the complicated organization structure, and frequent change in Market Giant.Independently develop the account sales strategy, and ADP (business development plan), initiating, planning, coordinating, leading the activities to deliver the account strategy with support from internal team.Achieve annual sales target, project pipeline, and WIN rate (the measurement for the winning project / the total projects engaged.)Sharply identify the customer needs, and build a strong, clear biz case for each individual project.Work closely with regional team to support the innovation project development, and also contribute the commercialization of the innovation.Maintain high biz. Ethics in daily work, and protect the cooperate reputation.Play a project leader role in leading and motivating the cross-function team in daily work, ensure the company resource (time, HR, expense, investment) utilized effectively and efficiently.Pro-actively manage the internal stakeholders, ensure good alignment on project/customers.You?Are you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world?
