Join a leading technology actor in telecom cybersecurity!We are actively seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join an innovative international company dedicated to fighting telecom fraud (including SIM-swap, interconnection abuse, SIMbox fraud, mobile money fraud, and more).Based in Ghent, you will be responsible for a portfolio of strategic clients across Africa and Latin America, playing a central role in contract renewals, client relationship strengthening, and payment follow-up.You will evolve within a human-sized, agile, multicultural organization with a strong international impact.Your responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of telecom key accounts across Africa and Latin AmericaLead contract renewals: anticipate deadlines, coordinate internally, and follow up proactivelyDefine commercial strategies tailored to local (cultural, political, and economic) contextsMaintain strong client relationships through rigorous follow-up of actions and related documentationCollaborate closely with Finance to ensure effective customer credit control, including payment monitoring, reminders, and collection actions.Support business development and participate in pricing and contractual negotiationsAccurately document every stage of the sales cycle and streamline internal processesYour profile:Higher degree in business, management, or communicationsMinimum of 7 years of international B2B sales experience, ideally within the telecom or IT industrySolid understanding of African and LATAM marketsSkilled in managing complex sales cycles and operating in multicultural environmentsExcellent command of French and English (C1 level minimum), Spanish is a valuable assetStrong adaptability, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsExcellent client relationship management with a proactive and personalized approachEntrepreneurial, proactive and autonomous mindsetAppreciation for multicultural environments and international collaborationOur offer:Permanent contract (CDI) within a dynamic, innovative international companyA strategic role at the heart of telecom cybersecurityAn attractive remuneration package including various extra-legal benefits: meal vouchers, eco vouchers, hospitalization insurance, group insurance, mobility budget and moreHigh flexibility and remote working daysAre you interested in this great opportunity?
