With decades of experience, cutting-edge technology, and a strong commitment to R&D, we deliver customized solutions for the wind, Marine, Monitoring, industrial, and lifting sectors, ensuring reliability, precision, and excellence in every project. MISION: To develop, manage, and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers to ensure sustainable growth and customer satisfaction, aligning the company's solutions with market needs and ensuring profitability. Main Responsibilities:1.     Key Accoun Management: Establish, maintain, and develop long-term relationships with OEMs and other strategic customers in the wind energy, marine, crane, and broader industrial sectors, ensuring consistent alignment with their evolving needs.2.     Business Development: Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities within existing accounts, while proactively prospecting and onboarding new customers — particularly within the marine and crane industries — to expand Laulagun Bearings’ market presence.3.     Proactive Opportunity Monitoring:  Remain constantly alert to new business opportunities across all relevant markets. Actively scout for emerging trends, upcoming projects, and evolving customer needs that could translate into growth opportunities for Laulagun Bearings.4.     Understanding Customer Needs: Gain deep insights into customer requirements to tailor value-added solutions. Ensure Laulagun Bearings’ products and services meet both technical specifications and commercial expectations, with particular attention to sector-specific demands in marine and lifting applications.5.     Negotiation & Contract Closure: Lead negotiations of pricing, commercial agreements, and contractual terms with a focus on maximizing profitability, securing long-term partnerships, and mitigating risks.6.     Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams — including Engineering, Production, and Logistics — to ensure timely deliveries and adherence to quality and performance standards, especially for demanding applications in marine environments and heavy-duty crane operations.7.     Innovation & Product Development: Partner with the R&D team to adapt existing products or co-develop new solutions in line with technological advancements and changing market demands in wind energy, marine, and lifting sectors.8.     Market Intelligence: Analyze trends, competitors, and industry changes to propose appropriate commercial strategies. Core Objectives:Maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring the bearings meet their operational needs.Increase sales and profitability by expanding market share and optimizing profit margins.Build long-term customer loyalty by fostering strong business relationships.Reduce equipment downtime by offering predictive and preventive maintenance solutions. 1. Education and Technical KnowledgeDegree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (depending on the sector).Additional training in Business Administration, International Trade, or Marketing (preferred).In-depth knowledge of the company’s products, processes, and industrial applications.2. ExperiencePrevious experience in B2B sales within industrial environments.Proven track record in managing strategic clients and key accounts.Familiarity with technical contract negotiations and long sales cycles.3. Commercial and Strategic SkillsAbility to develop long-term relationships with key customers.Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.Market analysis capabilities and the ability to identify business opportunities.4. Languages and CommunicationAdvanced English (essential for international markets).Strong communication and technical presentation skills.5. Management and OrganizationAbility to work in high-demand environments and manage multiple accounts.Proficiency in CRM, commercial management tools, and reporting.Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting commercial objectives.
