Strategic Account ManagementDevelop and implement comprehensive account strategies aligned with the company’s commercial objectives.Define short-, mid-, and long-term goals for each key account, including revenue targets, margin improvement, and service level agreements and be responsible for their rate of achievement. Client Relationship DevelopmentBuild and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations. Sales Growth & Opportunity Management Identify upselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the sales team to convert strategic opportunities into long-term contracts. Align with the client on forecast and price to ensure objective achievement Contract & Negotiation ManagementLead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with internal policies and profitability targets. Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with internal departments (e.g., marketing, supply chain, finance, R&D, customer service) to ensure seamless execution of client projects. Performance Monitoring & ReportingTrack and report on key account performance metrics (e.g., revenue, margin, service levels, satisfaction).Market Intelligence & Competitive AnalysisSkills: what we expect of you Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term account strategies. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
