We’re seeking an experienced Key Account Manager – Roll Label to join our North American commercial team. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales – North America, this high-impact role is responsible for driving sales growth within the Roll Label segment, leading strategic partnerships with key label converters, and delivering exceptional customer value through technical collaboration and market insight.What You’ll DoLead sales development across a defined portfolio of independent and multi-site label convertersBuild and execute strategic account plans that deliver year-over-year growth in revenue, mix, and profitabilityPartner cross-functionally with operations, product development, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales strategy and product innovationIdentify and convert new business opportunities while nurturing long-term customer relationshipsAct as a strategic advisor to key accounts, leveraging your market and product expertise to create innovative, customer-centric solutionsProvide accurate forecasting, market analysis, and business reviews to guide commercial strategyWhat You’ll BringMinimum 5+ years of commercial experience managing large or strategic accounts in the adhesives, labelstock, or converting industryDeep understanding of pressure-sensitive materials, roll label applications, and the converter channelStrong analytical, relationship-building, and negotiation skillsProficiency in CRM, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 toolsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fieldHigh energy, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, global environmentOur Client is proud to be pushing the boundaries of design, performance, and sustainability.
