In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to our strategically important customers, with the goal of building long-term relationships, successfully driving projects forward, and collaborating with the LUIS team to develop the right solutions.Your focus will be on acquiring and managing medium-sized and large OEM customers, particularly manufacturers of mobile machines in the intralogistics, on-road & crane, and off-road sectors.Your responsibilities will include:Establishing, maintaining, and strategically developing new and existing customer relationships across North AmericaConducting regular on-site visits to analyze customer needs, provide consulting, and support ongoing projectsManaging the introduction of new products in close alignment with customers, project management, and development teamsMonitoring market and competitive trends and identifying new business opportunities in North AmericaPresenting product solutions, innovations, and concepts—both at trade shows (e.g., CONEXPO, iVT, Modex), customer events, and internal meetingsCreating customer-specific proposals in close collaboration with internal sales, Technical Sales (Customer Solutions & Innovation), and managementActively contributing to pricing processes, contract negotiations, and follow-up on submitted offersWorking closely with colleagues in internal sales, Technical Sales (Customer Solutions & Innovation), and export to ensure smooth workflowsServing as a key contact for technical inquiries and acting as the interface between customers and product developmentMaintaining customer data in the CRM system and providing regular updates to sales managementWas wir uns von Dir wünschen:Professional Training And ExperienceTechnical training or a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer vision, or industrial engineering (preferred)Several years of experience in key account management for technical products and AI softwareStrong enthusiasm for future-oriented fields such as computer vision, neural networks, and artificial intelligenceFamiliarity with our segment, including camera monitor systems, driver assistance systems, and AI-based technologiesExperience in project management is an advantageWillingness to travel within North AmericaLanguages:Business-fluent English; German is a plusPersonal strengths:Strong technical affinitySolution-oriented and customer-focused mindsetExcellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of teamworkConfident use of office software (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)Strong time-management and self-organization skillsÜber unsWir sind ein etabliertes und dynamisch wachsendes Technologieunternehmen mit Sitz in Hamburg und begeisterten Kunden auf der ganzen Welt.Unsere Leidenschaft gilt innovativen Systemlösungen in den Bereichen Embedded Vision, Künstliche Intelligenz und Fahrerassistenzsysteme, die speziell für den Einsatz in mobilen Maschinen entwickelt werden.
