In this role, you’ll manage and grow key OEM accounts, with a strategic importance to Apollo Tyres globally, through proactive commercial strategies and relationship building. You will handle account planning, pricing, negotiations, and forecasting for strategic OE accounts with a significant growth potentially globally.This position reports directly to the Divisional Head OE Sales.What will be your role in more detail?Manage day-to-day operations of major and strategic OEM key accountsPrepare commercial offers and support price negotiationsForecast volumes and salesCollaborate with logistics, planning, and supply chain to ensure deliveryMonitor product development progress, timeline achievement, customer satisfaction and lead improvement initiativesAnalyze performance and prepare account reviewsAre you our ideal candidate?You’re a proactive, customer-focused team player who excels in fast-paced, detail-driven environments. You balance customer needs with internal KPIs and work seamlessly across functions, influencing stakeholders even without direct authority. With solid market understanding and a sharp eye for risk, you manage key accounts confidently and protect the business from potential OEM penalties.Strong English skills are essential; German proficiency is a major asset.Do you have what it takes? (requirements)Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field3+ years’ experience as a KAM (or similar) in automotive or industrial sectorsExperience with OEMs is a strong advantageExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong Excel skills and ability to use data for decision-makingAbility to influence without authorityWhat can you expect?
