Unlocking the full potential of life.Job PurposeThe successful achievement of sales targets and delivery of business objectives through effective and ethical communications with relevant HCPs and target customers, across all current disease areas (Dermatology, Endocrinology)Developing KOL advocacy and mobilising advocates in key accountsTo advance the business focusing on strategic account planning and development. Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve / exceed sales targets for all products through effective territory management, selling skills and development of key customer groups Collaborate with manager to implement agreed plan of action in line with strategy Establish and manage high quality customer relationships with target customers Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the product, market and stakeholders Work within agreed budgetsOrganise and plan territory efficiently and effectivelyAnalyse results and actions and implement corrective actions to ensure delivery of sales targets, KPIs and objectivesCollect Competitive intelligence and give regular feedback to managerRequired EducationBachelor or Master Degree or equivalent experience in scientific field (biomedical, pharmaceutical)Required Skills And Experience5 years’ experience in the Belgian (south)/Luxemburg pharmaceutical industryTechnical CompetenciesAnalytical, ability to plan, organise, and manage action plansCommercially skilledFlexible and adaptable to changing environmentProficiency in the main computer programmesRequired Behaviours And CompetenciesEntrepreneurial mindset, Proactive and can-do mentalityInitiative-taking, decisive and creative solutions thinkerPositive and enthusiastic attitude, team-playerRequired LanguagesNative in written and spoken French + Fluent in English; Dutch speaking and understanding is a benefit.Travel required in %80-90% - Wallonia, Luxemburg and to Benelux head office in JetteAt Recordati we believe in people!
