Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Key Account Manager RD&Epilepsy who is eager to join our Rare Disease &Epilepsy department, based in our office in Budapest, Hungary.The position is field based covering all Hungary.About The RoleAs a Key Account Manager RD&Epilepsy, you will amplify and strengthen the matching of UCB therapeutic options with appropriate patients in your assigned territory. You’ll build strong collaborative relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs) and implement optimal omni-channel solutions to ensure the best outcomes for patients.Who You’ll Work WithYou will be part of a multidisciplinary team, acting as a single point of contact (SPOC) for HCPs. You’ll collaborate closely with local Safety staff, stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem, and internal colleagues to deliver impactful results.What You’ll Do Serve as the SPOC for HCPs, applying deep knowledge of UCB solutions and connecting the right resources at the right time. Tailor omni-channel tools to impact HCPs based on individual preferences. Define and execute an impactful tactical plan within your territory. Establish strong business relationships with HCPs. Match UCB therapeutic options to targeted HCPs’ patient populations using a tailored approach. Ensure pharmacovigilance compliance and collaborate with local Safety staff. Communicate digital initiatives, Patient Support Programs, and Market Research Programs for local Safety staff. Participate in audits/inspections as required. I nterested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills Bachelor’s or master’s degree (Science, Pharmacy, Medical, Economics, or any scientific education). Relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry in the neurology/CNS area. Experience in Drug Program and Rare Diseases Strong account management and relationship building skills. High levels of impact and influence – both internal and external across different functions. Strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, customer focus. Business and financial acumen. Entrepreneurial, positive, can-do attitude that seeks to identify innovative solutions. Excellent communication skills (written & spoken) with individuals with different cultural, professional, and academic backgrounds, including the ability to simplify complex issues.
