Our Specialty pipeline is thriving, with groundbreaking progress in key focus areas such as immunology, respiratory diseases, specialty-driven oncology, and infectious diseases.As a Key Account Manager Respiratory, you will be responsible for the promotion of GSK licensed Respiratory products in the assigned territory.We are hiring a Key Account Manager in Respiratory, who will be responsible for leading the strategic approach across key target accounts to deliver uptake of our promoted medicines. As a Key Account Manager, you will be working closely with the cross-functional team, and you will be accountable for generating appropriate use of GSK/ViiVs licensed assets in hospitals by providing Health Care Professionals (HCPs) with highly credible and engaging interactions on our promoted Respiratory medicines. You will be accountable for the development and maintenance of strategic account plans to support the appropriate use of our medicines, working with the cross-functional team, ensuring overall coordination for a seamless customer experience.Location:Field based worker in Norway.Key responsibilities: Promote and detail the value of GSK Respiratory products to target HCPs, by engaging with key customers in local, regional and national events.Utilize business acumen to analyse insights, sales data, and market research to set strategic direction and explore tailored initiatives. Continuously review and analyse performance data, identifying trends and opportunities to drive competitiveness.Develop and manage robust multichannel account plans by working collaboratively with all functions, to ensure successful launches and ongoing promotion of GSK Respiratory products and to establish local advocacy.Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to maximise account opportunities or overcome barriers to achieve successful account performance.Implement an omnichannel approach across face-to-face, digital, and multimedia touchpoints, ensuring alignment with customer preferences.Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with customers and stakeholders.Ensure full compliance with GSK values and ways of working.Why you?Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Experienced as a therapeutic specialist/key account manager in the pharmaceutical industry (Industry Certifications (LMI) required)University Degree in Science, Medical or CommercialProven promotional skills leading to consistent sales successStrong account management skills, with experience in developing and executing cross-functional, multichannel plansBusiness acumen to analyse insights, sales data, and market research for strategic direction and driving continuous improvementExperience with omnichannel approaches, including face-to-face, digital, and multimedia touchpointsAbility to develop local advocacy and coordinate hospital activitiesFluent Norwegian and English languageDriving licence is requiredPreferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus,Health care professional backgroundExperience of having worked in the area of respiratory, including most recent experience in a respiratory hospital sales roleExperience with product launches in the hospital specialty care marketUnderstanding of relevant clinical key respiratory stakeholders and the local healthcare system (including access and routes to market) for the assigned productsClosing Date for Applications: 07 / 11 / 2025 (COB)Please take a copy of the Job Description, as this will not be available post closure of the advert.  When applying for this role, please use the ‘cover letter’ of the online application or your CV to describe how you meet the competencies for this role, as outlined in the job requirements above.
