The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and growing key retail and e-tail accounts, with a specific focus on our leading consumer electronics brands: Anker, Soundcore, and Eufy.Key Responsibilities:Manage and develop strong relationships with key retail and e-commerce partnersDrive sales performance and execute account strategies to achieve revenue goalsWork closely with internal teams to manage PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) effectivelyMonitor sell-through rates, manage stock levels, and optimize promotional activitiesProvide detailed forecasting, reporting, and business insightsHandle administrative tasks related to account management with precisionIdentify and act on opportunities for growth and brand expansion within accountsTravel as needed, including regular visits to Cape Town to engage with regional retail partnersRequirements:3 years of experience in key account management within the retail or e-tail sectorLanguage: English & Afrikaans (Required)Tertiary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredStrong administrative, planning, and organizational skillsIn-depth understanding of PSI principles and their application in retail managementProactive self-starter with a hunger for growth and achievementPrior experience in the consumer electronics industry is highly advantageousExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skillsWillingness to travel to Cape Town and other regions as necessaryWhat We Offer:A chance to work with dynamic global brands like Anker, Soundcore, and EufyAn opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environmentCompetitive salary with performance-based incentivesSupportive and collaborative team culture
