Descriptions1. Key Account Management & Business Development Manage and grow relationships with assigned operator and retail key accounts (e.g., chain stores, online retail platforms, 3C channels) Identify and onboard new KA partners; lead negotiations and contract signings Develop annual and quarterly account plans and ensure achievement of sales targets at each stage 2. Sales Target Management Break down company sales goals into executable targets and plans for each client Track Sell-in and Sell-out performance, identify issues and implement improvement actions Co-plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost retail sell-out and brand share 3. Channel Strategy & Display Management Coordinate internal GTM, VM, and promotional resources to ensure in-store execution of displays, demo units, and materials Ensure retail standards in KA stores (pricing, merchandising, inventory, staff training, etc.) are met Support the development and implementation of pricing policies, rebate schemes, and incentive programs in KA accounts 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Execution Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, product, and after-sales teams to address client needs Drive new product launches, promotional campaigns, and membership programs within KA channels Oversee key operational processes including order flow, inventory turnover, and payment terms to ensure smooth operations 5. Data Analysis & Business Review Provide regular business performance reports (sales, inventory, collection, campaign effectiveness, etc.) Lead monthly/quarterly review meetings and continuously optimize account strategiesRequirements1. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail KA management, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, or FMCG Familiar with major retail channels and their operating models; existing client resources are a plus 2. Skills Excellent negotiation and account management skills; capable of independently handling key clients Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), with strong ability in data analysis and business insight Strong capability in promotion planning, pricing strategy, and retail execution coordination Basic understanding of supply chain, inventory, and order management is preferred 3. Personal Attributes Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Mature, customer-focused, and results-driven mindset Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, multitasking work environment
