Key Account Manager (SMT Services)Location: Zagreb, Croatia (Hybrid / Remote)Employment Type: Full-time / ContractOur client is a growing Croatian technology company with a strong presence in electronics manufacturing and SMT/EMS services. To support their continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead strategic customer relationships, drive commercial excellence, and expand new business opportunities globally.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute key account strategies for both existing and new customers.Lead sales activities related to electronic manufacturing services (EMS), SMT/THT assembly, and contract production.Proactively identify, engage, and acquire new strategic customers in international markets.Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation and technical-commercial proposals to contract negotiation and closing.Maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key customers and ensure a high level of account satisfaction.Collaborate closely with Production, to ensure project success and timely delivery.Monitor market trends and competitor activities and contribute to business development initiatives.Support strategic planning activities by providing sales forecasts, performance results, and customer insights.Actively engage in supply chain optimization with key suppliersTechnical & Professional RequirementsUniversity degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Industrial Management, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within Electronics Manufacturing, SMT Assembly, EMS, or related industrial environment.Strong technical understanding of PCB assembly technologies (SMT/THT) and electronics production processes.Demonstrated success in developing long-term commercial relationships and achieving sales targets in international environment.Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Analytical thinking, strong business acumen, and ability to translate customer needs into solutions.Proactive, autonomous, results-oriented approach with a collaborative team mindset.Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).What We OfferA strategic commercial role with direct impact on the company’s growth direction.Close collaboration with senior leadership and a high level of autonomy.Competitive, performance-based compensation package with long-term career development opportunities.Dynamic work environment focused on innovation, quality, and sustainability.Flexible work arrangements depending on location Supportive, inclusive, and teamwork-oriented company culture.
