We’re Hiring: Key Account Manager (Sports)Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)At I.C.C. As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for talented professionals to join our team and drive impactful initiatives that shape our market presence and strengthen consumer engagement.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies for key retail accounts in the sports category to achieve revenue and profit targetsOwn the commercial relationship and negotiations with department store partners, outlet channels, and venue-based locations (e.g., golf clubs)Oversee store openings, renovations, and visual merchandising standards across accountsCoordinate closely with brand, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure successful new product launches and promotional campaignsMonitor sales performance, stock flow, and sell-through rates on a weekly and monthly basisAnalyze POS data to identify growth opportunities, product gaps, and promotion effectivenessManage PC/BA team collaboration and ensure store-level execution aligns with brand objectivesPrepare sales forecasts, annual business plans, and periodic performance reviews by partner/channelSupervise expense tracking, marketing spend, and ROI on account-level activitiesConduct regular store visits to audit competitor activity, team performance, and promotional complianceBuild strong partnerships with external stakeholders and serve as key contact for issue resolutionQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field5+ years of experience in key account, retail management, or sport-related commercial rolesProven track record in managing department store accounts or multi-door retail operationsStrong understanding of sales analytics, trade marketing, and retail merchandisingExcellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsHigh-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting toolsKnowledge or personal interest in golf, sports equipment, or active lifestyle will be a strong advantageWillingness to travel frequently for store visits and partner meetingsOwnership of personal vehicle is a plusWhy Join Us?Be part of an established company with a trusted brand heritage.Work alongside passionate teams in a dynamic, fast-moving industry.Career development opportunities and attractive compensation package.Ready to shape the future with us?Please submit your updated CV to careers@icc.co.th.
