About The RoleWe're seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Kaiser Kraft Hungary. This role offers excellent career growth potential for professionals with some experience who are looking to develop their career in key account management.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport group leads and ensure their needs are met efficientlyDevelop new group lead relationships (warm acquisition rather than cold calling)Monitor market trends and competitive landscapeIdentify and develop customer potential within assigned accountsManage contracts, pricing, and margins for your customer groupsPromote our comprehensive service packages (eBusiness, EDI, customer service solutions, campaign offerings)Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers within your accountsContribute to new customer acquisition strategiesMaintain accurate CRM data and manage campaigns effectivelyHandle offer management according to company guidelinesWork collaboratively with Account Sales Managers (ASM) and Internal Sales Managers (ISM)Understand internal and external processes to better serve as a consultant to customersEffectively manage your resources to achieve targetsAssist in leadership functions alongside ASM/Regional Sales ManagersAnalyze sales and customer metrics to improve performanceTake on special projects as neededWhat We're Looking For1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related fieldVery strong ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutionsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsBasic understanding of sales processes and CRM systemsOrganizational skills and attention to detailEagerness to learn and develop professionallyProficiency in MS Office suiteFluency in Hungarian and EnglishGrowth OpportunityThis position offers significant room for growth and development.
