Job Description

Main responsibilities:1. Creates and maintains an active customer base of key customers (Bulgarian and international chain stores hypermarket format);2. Maintains relationships with key partners of the company in order to increase market share and implement the sales plan;3. Participates in the negotiation processes in compliance with the established trade policy of the company;4. Monitors compliance with the agreed commitments in terms of turnover, payment deadlines, quality of service;5. Manages the commercial procedure for work with the retail chains from the receipt of the order, the logistics and the document circulation to the collection of the funds;6. Proactively identifies the specific needs of customers by offering creative solutions and discovering new opportunities;7. Actively promotes the optimal presence of the company's products through standard and promotional trade initiatives;8. Applies and observes the internal rules and procedures of the company;Requirements to the candidate:1. Completed higher education;2. At least three years of experience in a similar position (A serious advantage will be considered experience in the field of selling tools and / or similar goods, knowledge of customers and the specifics of this market, as well as experience in a similar position in the DIY sector);3. Excellent analytical, communicative and presentation skills;4. Computer literacy - excellent command of MS Office package - Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint;5. MANDATORY CONDITION: ENGLISH LANGUAGE. 6. Skills for dealing with objections, active listening, assessment and management of situations, planning and reporting of activities;7. Skills to convey information in a clear and accurate way;8. Ability to work in a team, organization, loyalty and moral resilience;9. Ability to work with ERP systems 10. Driver's license category B;
