Our client - Candy POP - is a fast-growing Lithuanian retail company specializing in international sweets, snacks, and beverages. Founded in 2017, it has expanded across Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Poland with over 20 stores.

Known for offering unique products from the US, Asia, and beyond, Candy POP combines a vibrant brand with strong online and in-store presence. Currently, the company is expanding its operations in Estonia and is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead and grow Candy POP presence in the local market. Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing company clients in Estonia and abroad (retail chains and other sales channels);Visiting clients to foster meaningful business relationships;Analyzing client needs, managing the product range, expanding product lines, and introducing new products;Identifying and acquiring new clients, conducting negotiations, and preparing contracts;Monitoring client payments and ensuring timely settlements;Achieving sales targets;Monitoring and analyzing market trends. Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in sales and key account management in FMCG sector;Experience working in the B2B sector, particularly with retail chains;Proactive attitude, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;Good command of the English language. Company Offers: Quarterly performance-based bonus system after the probation period;Work from home opportunity;Opportunities for continuous learning and professional development, with the potential to manage major clients over time. Monthly salary: 2900 - 4654 Eur Gross monthly. The final offer depends on qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
