Job Description JOB DETAILS Job Title: KA Sales Representative Reports to: As Assigned ( ASM / SS / UM ) Sector: Sales Business Unit C&S Prepared/Revised On JOB PURPOSE To drive sales of products through proactive engagement and relationship management, serving as the primary point of contact for customers. The Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring that customer needs and expectations are met throughout the purchasing process, efficiently and effectively. This role encompasses the management of consignment stock, executing store visits, maintaining strong relationships with store category managers, and ensuring compliance with visibility and availability standards. The Sales Representative will also manage stock levels of the store, achieve sales targets, and oversee collection follow-ups to optimize overall performance. JOB DIMENSIONS Number Of Staff Supervised Direct Reports: Total Reports Locations: Financial Responsibilities KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES DescriptionKey Results Areas Day- to-day operations Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors in compliance with the agreed route plan. Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers. Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques. Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Sign the loading permission of goods. Assist the driver to load the goods in the car. Review the previous day sales bills with the accounting and hand over the cash. Receiving the bills notebook from treasury. Ensure the way of product display at the customer’s store with reporting supervisor when necessary Note the lack of varieties in the customer’s store and provide the customer with the needed items. Ensure setting the promotional material at the customer’s store. Issuing invoice of the sold quantity with discount the discards quantity. Reviewing the invoices with the customer. Customer’s report of the customers that the supervisor has visited them and hand over the next day to the sales supervisor. Following up with customer to get his satisfaction Day-to-day operations are consistent with established policies, processes and procedures Compliance with Sales SOP Standards & Regulations Direct all the activities in monitoring and conducting regulatory and regulations compliance audits and inspections and ensures effective implementation of regulatory standards . Compliance with regulations and effective implementation of standards Reporting Reporting to the Branch supervisor the sales reports which includes the most successful visits, sales and collections, the distribution volume and his notes of his area. And providing any suggestions to the department concerning the market updates, the competition or the company’s product. All reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet Americana protein policies and requirements Health, Safety, & Environment Ensure compliance to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls across the all sales department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
