We serve global clients with services in design, communication, advertising, music and art projects, Web 3.0, cybersecurity, compliance, and process optimisation.We work fully remotely with a distributed team and an international partner network, including IBM, AccuKnox, Iubenda, and DooplerStudio.Open Positions (7 Total)– 5 roles across the five continents– 1 Sales role in the United States– 1 Sales role in Asia (East or Southeast Asia)All positions are fully remote.What You Will SellCreative & Digital– Brand design and visual identity– Communication and content strategy– Advertising (brand and performance)– Music and art digital initiatives– Web 3.0 (NFT utility, blockchain integration, digital assets)– Web design, UX/UI, ecommerce and digital experiencesTech, Security & Operations– Cybersecurity services– Compliance and data governance– Process optimisation for tech-driven SMEs– Digital transformation and workflow improvementResponsibilities– Own and develop your assigned region or vertical– Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, closing– Sell both creative and technical solutions– Work directly with Enzyon’s COO– Act as the primary interface for all partner organisations– Lead co-selling activities with partners– Maintain accurate CRM, forecasting and reporting– Represent Enzyon in virtual meetings and online eventsIdeal Profile– 2–6 years in B2B sales (agency, digital, SaaS, tech, consulting)– Confidence engaging the CEO, CTO, CMO, COO and Founders– Ability to mix creative storytelling with structured sales execution– Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage– Remote-native mindset– Practical, accountable, and execution focusedContract and CompensationContract Model– Contracts are issued in your country through RemoteFirst– Fully compliant onboarding and payrollFirst-Year Compensation– CHF 200 per month expense fee– Competitive fixed fee plus bonus on every saleSales Bonus Plan– Simple, transparent structure managed via RemoteFirst– Fixed percentage on every closed deal– No commission caps– Automated monthly payouts– Full visibility on pipeline and performanceAfter Year 1– Equity in Enzyon GmbH– Enzyon Crypto Allocation (Web 3.0 internal assets)– Growth path: Senior AE → Regional Lead → Sales ManagerHow to ApplyApply directly via LinkedIn Easy Apply
