Responsible for sales performance, customer relations, growing sales volume for branded products in assigned accounts. The Key Account Sales Specialist will utilize corporate tools and applications to document, plan, monitor, and meet sales objectives within their territory. The Key Account Sales Specialist will develop and maintain strong working relationships with customer service and lab personnel to ensure successful customer relations. This person will consistently achieve established sales goals, managed care optimization and practice growth. The Key Account Sales Specialist must communicate on an ongoing basis with Sales Manager regarding personal development, sales results, and plans of action.Main ResponsibilitiesVisit key account customer such as eyecare store, & eye hospital located along the main street and Supermarket by do the order, present sales promotion & problems solving with customers. Maintain the business relationship with existing customers and also make consistently grow the business.Work on starting and sustaining business with the key account customers.Convince the store that not active to process sales order;Assess clients’ needs and present products;Present product information and deliver product samples if client need;Prepare daily, & Weekly plan visit ;Developing existing account base and gaining new accounts via territory prospectingBuilds and implements a strategy for all accounts and creates in-depth strategy for key accounts.Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following an defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentationsCoordinate with other sales reps to ensure the sales goal are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring;Main RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience4+ years' of sales experience from distribution, or wholes sales , consumer good or other fast moving product.Proven history meeting customer, field visit, exceeding quota and closing salesKnowledge of MS computer OfficeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent teamwork and networking skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsHighly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in salesAbility to travel frequentlyStrong negotiation and sales skillsPatient & Persistent & FlexibleHave emotional Intelligent skill High effective communication and interpersonal skills.
