This is a great opportunity to expand a career in a fast-growing global company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with key clients within the metal industry.*Würth Türkiye HQ is located in Büyükçekmece, İstanbul.Responsibilities:Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the Turkish metal industryDevelop and implement strategic account plans to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.Identify new business opportunities and expand company's presence within existing accounts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize sales efforts.Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify business opportunities and potential risks.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.More than 3 years of work experience is preferred. (Being experienced in the key account or sales would be an advantage)Proven track record of success in key account management or sales.In-depth understanding of the metal industry, including industry dynamics, trends, and key players.Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers.Good communication and presentation skills in English.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.Willingness to travel as required.We welcome every application, even if not all of the requirements described are met.
