This role focuses on enhancing Avalon’s understanding of the Iraqi market, ensuring proper investment allocation, and supporting day-to-day distributor operations.Key Responsibilities:Map the Iraqi market, focusing on pharmacy channels and wholesale business.Provide regular updates on market trends, pricing, distribution, and visibility.Identify and explore new business expansion opportunities.Ensure optimal distribution and product mix of Avalon’s portfolio.Support the distributor in developing an annual activation calendar.Lead monthly forecast meetings and align with Avalon’s supply plan.Achieve both in-market and to-market sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Mathakher.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.Proven track record in managing Key Accounts.Strong understanding of the Iraqi pharmaceutical market.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Willingness to travel across Iraq.
