VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Key Account Manager Distributor to join VANS team based in Stabio, Switzerland.Let’s talk about the role! The Key Account Manager Distributor role is an exciting opportunity to shape the Brand future in one of our key EMEA area. The role has the ultimate end responsibility for achieving all the key Strategic goals and reports directly into the Sr Manager Business Development.The Key Account Manager for Vans Distributors will be responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with key distribution partners across multiple markets. Drive brand visibility and sales growth, optimize sell-through, and ensure alignment with seasonal product strategies, commercial objectives and maximize market penetration. This role involves strategic planning, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support Distributor success.Here are the primary accountabilities:StrategySupport Business Development strategy driving the Distributors IML and manage execution via distribution partners. Achieve Seasonal Bookings Targets. Maximize revenue and profitability of sales region business unit. Execute Retail strategy for distributors business unit, coordinating across whole distributors portfolio the monobrand expansion leading processes and flow of the execution. Collaborate with merchandising and product teams to support market-specific needs. Partnering with Marketing to define market strategy execution. Partnering with Finance re pricing strategy and GTN control. Work closely with supply chain, customer ops and credit teams. Execute and develop Distributor’s expansion plan in line with the 5-year plan adding additional business opportunities. Bring the EMEA sales strategies to life in the Distributors team. Ensure Distributors are aligned with seasonal product assortments and brand positioning. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned distributors. Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and strategic goals. Ensure that all seasonal and yearly quantitative and qualitative objectives are met and aligned to the overall EMEA strategy. Monitor distributor performance and provide regular feedback and support. RevenueDrive the business, implement and nurture profitability, in line with key metrics and Brand guidelinesLead in the development and implementation of partner specific marketing plans. Plan, control and execute activities to hit the required sales targets and the desired profit margins. Identify growth opportunities within distributor networks. Negotiate commercial terms and agreements aligned with company policies. Develop and execute seasonal sales plans in collaboration with distributors. Process & distributionDrive the whole ‘Go to Market’ process and bring to life seasonal execution. Collaborate on product launches and sales campaigns. Evaluate on quarterly basis the existing partner performance for consistency with brand’s mission and secure long-term commitment & contribution to the brand successEstablish and maintain close contact with the management and all key decision makers or influencers within the partners. Drive the assortment planning according to global segmentation strategy to ensure market differentiation. Skills For SuccessTo succeed as a Key Account Manager Distributors, you need to drive results through strong planning and execution.
