On behalf of a rapidly growing and financially stable international organisation, we’re looking for a Learning, Development & Onboarding Coordinator to join their HR Department in Paris. This is a great opportunity for an HR Specialist to play a key role in the further growth and development of a leading Financial business, ensuring the smooth integration of new colleagues and their future development within the organisation. This is a permanent role, that requires on-site presence in central Paris 3 days/week. Please note:

As a Learning, Development & Onboarding Coordinator, you will support the successful running of training programmes by coordinating schedules, enrolling colleagues, preparing training materials and generally ensuring a consistent and efficient Talent Development experience. You will closely work with senior colleagues and external vendors to implement new Talent Development strategies and processes, aimed at enhancing employee growth.
Additionally, the new Coordinator will be responsible for organising weekly onboarding of new colleagues across different departments in the Paris office. This will include setting up their equipment, running induction sessions, organising site tours and talking your new colleagues through compliance, benefits package and overall company processes. Learning, Development & Onboarding Coordinator – Required Profile: Previous experience in an international HR Function, ideally focused on training and colleague developmentKnowledgeable about training statistics and reports, with the ability to generate insights to aid decision making around effective Talent Development strategiesOutstanding communication and presentation skills.
