Remote Payroll Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish) Location: Must reside in the state of Florida Job Type: Full-timeWork Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8: 00 AM – 5: 00 PMPay Rate: $22. 00 to $24. 00About the RoleWe are seeking a detail oriented and reliable Fully Remote Payroll Specialist to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting our payroll processing department through a variety of tasks. This position requires experience working with Multi line Payroll/ PEO/ Employee Leasing. Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately key all payroll-related data necessary to process payroll and ensure completion of schedules timely.
Provides quality client support to maintain a high rate of client retention. Research and resolve client and system problems to ensure accurate payroll reports and tax returns. Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clients, agencies, and coworkers to promote a positive quality service. Job contains high volume calls to and from clients. Job contains a high payroll volume. Understanding of employee-related documents and processes. Maintains Employee Maintenance: Enters all new hires, terminates employees and maintains employees’ earnings and deductions which includes direct deposit, health insurance, levy, 401 k, child support/garnishments, W-4 form, and workers'compensation.
QualificationsA minimum of 3 years of Payroll Specialist, office experience with a proven Multi line Payroll/ PEO/ Employee Leasing facility in data entry, customer service, and problem resolution is required. Payroll experience is MUST. Bilingual is a plus. Must be able to multitask and have excellent time management. Detail oriented professional and Self-motivated. Above average proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Annotator, Gmail, Chrome/Gmail, SalesForce). Must have experience being the main point of contact for clients and vendorsOther Requirements:
