Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to recruit hotels into the alliance. Prospect and engage potential hotels interested in the services offered in our value proposition.
Travel to conduct in-person meetings with hotels to present our services and solutions. Manage follow-up communications and close business deals. What We’re Looking ForEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field; higher vocational training in Travel Agencies or Hospitality Management is also acceptable. Strong analytical mindset with excellent commercial skills and a clear focus on results. Organizational abilities and attention to detail. Languages: Proficiency in English And Italian is essential; additional languages are a plus. Willingness and availability to travel. Previous experience in hotels or travel agencies will be highly valued.
