As our HR & Admin Executive, you will: • Work with recruitment agencies to source candidates, review resumes and assist in conducting interviews by providing the necessary input during the recruitment process. • Conduct employee orientation and facilitate newcomers joining formalities. • Maintain and regularly update HR records such as employment contracts, personal files, HR forms and other HR related documents and regularly update in master database in Yoma Connect. • Support to organize training programs for employees by working with Group HR/External Training Institutes and evaluate the training effectiveness. • Involved in various welfare activities.
• Lease with government offices to ensure adherence to compliance with laws and regulations. • Assist administrative works as requested. To support in the various human resources and functions, which include recruitment, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling. We are looking for: · Any Graduated (Prefer Certificate or Diploma in HR)· Relevant diploma/certificate holder· At least 3-year experience in HR field· Good understanding of Labor Law· Computer literacy in Microsoft (Words, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)· Good interpersonal and problem-solving skill· Able to work in a team. · Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow.
