Field Operations Officer

Location: Alpha Agricultural and Processing Company Limited, Winneba-GhanaJob SummaryThe Field Operations Officer will coordinate and monitor all field-related activities to ensure productivity, efficiency, and compliance with schedules. The role involves close supervision of labor, input usage, and reporting on field performance. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor daily field operations, including labor deployment. Track input applications, planting schedules, and other farm activity timelines. Submit daily and weekly reports on field performance to management. Coordinate with the agronomist and procurement team on input delivery and usage. Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations.

Identify and resolve operational challenges in the field. Qualifications & RequirementsHND/Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in farm supervision or field operations. Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and crop production cycles. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools. Core CompetenciesStrong leadership and supervision skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
