Senior Manager Consulting AI As a Senior Manager at Kibo AI, you’ll be the backbone of high-impact delivery, managing intelligent automation programs and shaping the future of how our clients work. You’ll partner closely with our leadership to scale accounts, elevate delivery quality, and expand our Automation and AI Services portfolio. Your ImpactLead multi-disciplinary teams (developers, consultants, architects) through complex automation and AI solution delivery. Act as the primary client interface - owning relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and uncovering new opportunities. Co-develop solution architecture and delivery roadmaps, blending automation & AI.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery frameworks, governance, and execution playbooks. Sell our solutions to our customer base across key verticals like insurance, financial services, and manufacturing. Stay ahead of the curve by embedding emerging AI capabilities (e. g. , Agentic AI, RAG, ML) into client solutions. You are good atDesigning digital solutions, digital/AI strategies that enhance business performance, reduce cost, and maximize user value. Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify pain points, opportunities, and use case potential. Building data-driven business cases, RFPs to accelerate AI investments and innovations.
Communicating with clients and stakeholders, in a credible and confident wayWorking collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic. Proficient in agile ways of working.
