Feel the place and feel the extraordinary.Job Description Manage and lead all aspects of Kid’s club, ensuring smooth daily operations. Oversee the Kid’s club area and play park, maintaining high standards of service. Drive the sale of services, including birthday parties, cooking class and other events, meeting revenue targets. Supervise and engage with children in the play area when needed, ensuring safety and enjoyment. Assist in organizing and promoting events and activities for children. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the facility. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members. Provide excellent customer service and handle any issues or concerns promptly. Monitor and report on operational performance to senior management. Exhibit flexibility in the work schedule, including weekends and holidays when required. QualificationsThai nationals only. Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written). Proven management experience, preferably in a similar role. Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and interact with customers. Experience working with children is highly preferred. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines. Enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly personality.
