Associate's Degree in construction management or related field, or a certification/license in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter, etc. )OSHA 10 or 30 CertificateFirst Aid/CPR Certification preferredExperience:
2+ years of direct experience as a foreman on construction or facilities projectsAdvanced knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and materialsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plansStrong understanding of OSHA guidelines, building codes, and safety standardsBasic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Must have a valid driver's license (for periodic operation of company or government vehicles)Experience in a supervisory or leadership role on facilities projectsExperience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System such as MAXIMO Security:
Must be a US citizenCandidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Secret ClearancePhysical Requirements: Able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach with hands and armsFrequent wrist, hand, and finger movements while using a computer or measuring toolsHave the dexterity to see fine print and use hand and precision measuring toolsAdhering to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e. g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.
