Develop Amazon Sales Strategy: Plan and execute comprehensive strategies to maximize sales and optimize the Amazon sales channel. Optimize Product Listings: Ensure product listings are fully optimized, including titles, descriptions, keywords, and visuals, to improve visibility and conversions. Drive Sales Growth: Initiate and implement actions to increase sales and expand market reach on Amazon. Monitor Account Performance: Oversee account health, including maintaining high account rankings and resolving any potential issues. Troubleshoot Complex Issues: Solve technical and operational challenges related to the Amazon platform efficiently and effectively. Analyze Sales and Market Data:
Evaluate sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights. Work with Channel Engine: Utilize the Channel Engine platform to manage and optimize multi-channel e-commerce operations. Location: Our main office is in Kaunas, but the position is available from both Kaunas and Vilnius. What We Expect from You: Proven experience in managing Amazon accounts and driving e-commerce sales growth. Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Sellerboard and/or Helium10 platforms. Familiarity with Channel Engine or similar sales channel management systems. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex technical challenges. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in English & Lithuanian. Additional languages are a plus. €2500 - 3000 EUR / month gross + additional earnings based on your performance and results. The exact salary will be discussed during the interview, based on your experience and competencies!
