Providing excellent service to guests at all timesAdhering to company Brand StandardsEnsuring smooth completion of Front Office operationsCheck-in and check-out of guests at ReceptionDealing with guest queriesProcessing payment for guests bills on check-outOrganising check-in for large tours and groups with room allocationsTaking reservation calls when requiredIdeal CandidateAn individual with a positive, professional and friendly manner who excels in customer careThe ability to work in a fast paced environment whilst ensuring attention to detailOrganisational and Administrative SkillsStrong IT SkillsExperience with Hotsoft would be desirableFlexible - the candidate must be available to work shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holiday periodsPrevious experience in a similar role is essential, preferably in a 4* HotelBenefits Of Working With Kilkenny Ormonde HotelFree Membership of Ormonde Leisure ClubMeals on dutyProgressive TrainingWe are an equal opportunities employer.
