Reservations Executive

Manage telephone and email enquiries Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximise revenueProduce quotations and written confirmation to all clientsMonitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future businessMaintain a thorough understanding of properties facilities and processes. To ensure that all business leads and opportunities are followed up in a timely manner including enquiries and provisional bookings.

Ensure bookings are guaranteed and no show charges/late cancellation charges are applied where appropriateTo deal with all clients in a professional and friendly mannerTo deal with any guest complaints, queries and suggestions quickly and efficientlyTo adhere to all Company policies including but not limited to Customer Care, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Cash Handling etc. To comply with statutory and legal requirements for Health & Safety, Fire, Hygiene, Licensing and EmploymentUse of onsite computer systems including Opera, Availpro & ResDiary. Liaise regularly with relevant managers in relation to reservationsTo attend hotel meetings as required, ensuring effective communication at all levels.
