Key ResponsibilitiesImplement & monitor HSE policies and proceduresConduct daily safety inspections and risk assessmentsLead safety training and toolbox talks for workersInvestigate incidents/near-misses and prepare reportsEnsure compliance with Qatar HSE regulations (MOECC standards)Maintain safety documentation and permitsCoordinate emergency response drillsMonitor PPE compliance across siteMust-Have Qualifications3+ years as Safety Officer in construction industryMandatory CertificationsNEBOSH IGC (or equivalent)ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001 knowledge Technical Skills: Risk assessment methodologiesFire safety managementScaffolding/working at heights safety Software Proficiency: MS Office (Advanced Excel)HSE management systems Language:
